Well I would accept him and help him if that is what he wanted to do, but I don't know of many schools that would allow him to do that. If he is really serious about dressing/living as a girl, he may want to do it outside of school so that he won't get in any type of trouble.

I dont see any problem with it, but theres always people opposed to cross dressing. I wouldnt recomend you to do it simply bc its school and you can get in trouble with the school, which can cause you to have problems with your parents.
Why just not wait for another occasion where no one can tell you anything?

Let's see....why make him feel bad? I know I've been wanting to play football since I was 10 years old and I didn't want the guys to tell me I couldn't so I'm just an armchair quaterback now.If it's his dream why not?

sure, why not? there used to be a girl in my class who was born a boy, and it sucked for her enough cause her parents without having the other kids trying to make her be a boy too.
