I'm in high school, and all my friends absolutely love it. One of my friends got the High School Musical Board game and she couldn't stop talking about it. I watched it, and I didn't see any difference from all the other stupid disney movies. I don't hate it with a passion, but i can't understand for the life of me why everybody else LOVES it...

Its okay if you're 12 and under.
I think its way overrated.
The people can't sing all that great and the acting wasn't outstanding. The story was kinda cheesy too. Its just a waste of time to entertain kids who don't really know what real talent is yet.

whats not to hate about it. First all it is is homos dancing and singing. Also it is a musical. Finally, that is not what high school is really like.

They hate it cuz it is a drama kid movie. Normally the people who say they "hate it" actually like it... I hate it
