I have to take finals on Monday, and I'm nervous because this is for a major grade. And I know I didn't study.

Use today to stuff your short-term memory with facts that may be useful. Then in the EARLY evening STOP. Give your mind and heart a complete break. Choose some calming self-kindness such as listening to classical music or going for a long walk in nature. If you have ever meditated, meditate for half an hour or even fifteen minutes. If you haven't, I suggest you could sit straight on a chair, focus your awareness at the point between the eyebrows and repeat a simple true phrase like "I am love" or "God is within me" to yourself for ten minutes. Then sleep well, telling yourself that all is well and you can trust you to give your best on the day.
When you get to the exam, take time to read the questions carefully.
And remember, you may well pass, but even if you don't it's not the end of the world, you can open your life out to other possibilities.

Its too late to worry about whether you studied or not. Its most likely that you will get the questions - for which you know the answers very well. Try to put it clearly what you know - that will certainly take care of your grade. Be confident and go ahead.

dont worry if u r finals starts just do little pray b4 u paper and starts with the easiest one blive me u find whole paper so easy. n u feel so relax that nver b4 bye good luck.
