It's good to see that the uncircumcised men are reacting positively to these types of questions. I feel inspired to add my own 2 cents.....mainly because I am also proudly uncircumcised.
Just so you'll know.....the normal foreskin covers the entire glans (head), and extends beyond the tip of the head between 1/4" to about 3/4". In this particular situation the foreskin can retract, when erect, to the point of partially exposing the head, and even sometimes exposing the entire head. There are longer foreskins that can go up to 1-1/2" beyond the tip of the head. Then again, there are shorter foreskins that just barely cover the entire head.....sometimes leaving the head partially exposed even when flaccid. In this last case, when the man becomes erect the head will be completely exposed, and look almost identical to a circumcised man. Personally, I find myself in this last category.....having a partially exposed glans even when flaccid.
So you see....there are a few varieties when it comes to foreskin types. Enjoy what you've got......it's the best feeling in the world!
Best of Luck!

there is no set rule on how much foreskin is normal.
some people have short foreskins, meaning it covers the head but you can still see the pee hole when soft or when they hard the skin pulls back on it own.
others have much more or longer foreskin so much so that when they have an erection there is still lots of foreskin on the end.

hope this info helps?

There's a lot of natural variation, so there's a big range of what's normal. Just be very, very glad your parents were smart enough not to chop it off when you were a baby!
