Its fine to do so.
But, don't do it in a lightning storm. If your house gets hit by lightning and the power surges while you're talking on a cell phone hooked up to the charger, it can kill you. No kidding!

No. Phones today are designed for this. 6 years ago, they weren't. Back when they were still Analog phones, that would. And it was because the batteries had a memory in them meaning that you should have run the battery all they way down before charging them back up. Otherwise, where you started to charge, the battery would start making this the full charge point even though they weren't fully charged. Kyocera and Nokia were the first of the major brands to come out with this new battery. It's weird about the memory batteries. I don't know how they worked, they just did.
So no, that won't ruin your phone or charger.

I don't think it will "mess" up the phone or charger. It may make them get pretty warm because of the power draw. I've never known of a home charger that would allow you to talk at the same time as it's charged. So a "safe" guess is to avoid doing this.

Yes, you can talk while charging the phone but if the battery level get too low you may get disconnect because the charger can't charge fast enough.

i think of having a head set is the terrific ingredient. 2 years in the past I have been given hit by potential of a woman jointly as she replaced into speaking on her cellular telephone. Worst is she replaced into in the turning lane and had a crimson mild. thankfully I wasn't harm undesirable and neither replaced into my son. yet there is merely undesirable drivers available to start with and then upload a cellular telephone isn't good. some people can take care of it some can no longer.
