I think navy blue ,plum or a medium brown unless your looking for bold and their is black .just don't over do it on the bottom lash line.hope this helps.

Considering your punk, I would say black or dark brown liner and green or pink shadow heavy on bottom with lighter up top

try metallic purple , my friend has red hair and pale-ish skin , she looks absolutely gorgeous with it :)

its not ur style that determinds your liner color, its ur eyes. it goes as followed-
Blue eyes- Brown (blue mas.)
Brown/blck-Black (Black Mas.)
Green/hazel-purple/blue shades (brown mas.)
and JSYK- black liner turns ur eyes (the white part) yellow, which can cause you to look sickish.
