do you notice that. you should always file for a violation when they do that, don't you think? is it simply that english isn't there first language. i am not sure they know how to ask a question. some think if you stick a question mark at the end of anything that it is a question. wierd.

Did you ever notice how some people don't use a question mark when they ask a question?
['do you notice that.']

Did you ever notice how some people don't use proper capitalization for their sentences?
[i.e., every sentence in your post except the first, and the word English should be capitalized.]

Did you ever notice how some people can't be bothered to use the 'Check Spelling' button when making a post?
[wierd=weird]

Did you ever notice how some people use a homonym that means 'a place' [there] when they should use the homonym that means 'belonging to them' [their]?

If you are going to attack the grammar of another person, be sure to check your own first... unless your intention was to give us all a good, ironic laugh. If so, then thank you, kind sir.

I have noticed that. But in some cases it's so clearly not a question, that I thought perhaps Yahoo automatically added the question mark or something. Who knows? (Rhetorical question, not a declarative sentence nor a real question, for that matter.)
