I need a job because I hate asking my parents for money. I ask for about 30 dollars a week. I feel quilty because the only thing I spend it on is clothes and stuff like that. And when and brothers and sisters ask for money it's for a better reason. I'd rather earn the money, then ask.

There are jobs....but your English skills are so weak you should not be allowed to work.

Spend more time studying so you can be a success later in life.

Jobs for anyone right now are hard to come by. But when I was 13 i mowed almost my entire neighborhoods lawns. Another jobs since it is Autumn is raking leaves. If the outdoor work isn't your thing I would look into babysitting possibly doggysitting. Ask around where you live if people need anything done small odds and ends that people just dont really want to do that they are willing to pay someone else to get it done. I know when my sister was your age she was already a waitress at our local diner maybe look into local businesses by you because they will be more willing to hire younger employees than a big company like Wal Mart or Rite Aid will.

Your local library will have a number of books that will help you find ways to make money at any age but you cannot legally work for an employer. These books may help:

Fast Cash for Kids … Bonnie & Noel Drew
Better than a Lemonade Stand … Daryl Bernstein
50 Money Making Ideas for Kids … Lauree & L Allen Burkett
Jobs for Kids … Carol Barkin & Elizabeth James
The Kids’ Business Book … Arlene Erlbach
Making Cents … Elizabeth Wilkinson
Make More Money Than Your Parents … Mike Bundlie and Others
How to Be a Teenage Millionaire … Art Beroff

Since you realize you have a clothing addiction, try to shop at yard sales or discount stores when you do buy things and at least get more for your money. You can also consider trading or sharing clothes with friends to double or even triple your budget. You can only wear one thing at a time. Sell you old clothes.

There is the option of a paper route, and then there is babysitting. My first job was at a pizza place at 13 folding pizza boxes under the table. Some places might go for it.Anything is worth a shot. Try advertising at the grocery store bulletin boards that you are willing to help clean houses, mowing lawns, or even sitting with the elderly. GOOD LUCK!!

Some people need help mowing the grass, or shoveling snow in the winter.

Some neighbors need help with gardening. If you ask around and see if there are older people in your neighborhood who need help. They will admire you for asking. Sometimes they will recommend you to others.

Also ask around at your church,as they always know when others need someone to help and that's a great start.

Now - ALWAYS TELL YOUR PARENTS WHEN YOU HAVE A JOB AT SOMEONE'S HOUSE. PROVIDE THE TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND REPORT ANYTHING THAT MAY BE UNUSUAL IN CASE YOU KNOCK ON SOMEONE'S DOOR, AND THEY ARE MEAN TO YOU! I'm looking out for your safety.
Your parents should be able to reach you at any time. So be careful, please.

You are amazing. You need to be congratulated on your good work eithic. Don't forget to get good grades so you can get a great job, and maybe someday buy something great (like a vacation present for your good parents).

I hope this helps you. Keep going kid!
GOD bless us one and all, always.

If in the USA, your options are very limited. Apart from possibly a paper route, you may not be in luck for a few years. If you're in a third world country, you might have better luck, but I can't say much for the work conditions.

Offer to do extra chores around the house to earn the dough. Your parents will respect your initiative and might get creative in ways for you to make more.

But you can check out my blog for tips on how to make money online, as well as a list of websites I actively make money from. I earned around $200 alone in December but your earning potential could be much more. All the websites are 100% free for you to use and join, and they are scam-free. They are all legit, as I have been paid by all of them one time or more.

NO. By law, no one can employee anyone under 14 years of age, even with parent's permission it's illegal---child labor laws.

If you want to earn extra cash you could mow your neighbors lawns, run errands or babysit for cash.

Don't do it. Don't give up your "childhood" to enter the misery of work. Seriously. You've got your whole life to work.

Spend less.
