I don't wear shorts all year, but I do wear short skirts if it's warm enough.

it really depends on where you live and what the weather i like because if your city or state get cold during winter u are straight up crazy for wearing shorts all year, but if your city or state stays hot all the time then wear shorts all u want!

well yeah,cause where i live,its like summer all year round and in winter its only twenty something degrees. so yes,pretty much where shorts all year round! =]
