Well, most ethnic groups will think that they are good looking. Beauty is to the eye of the beholder. For caucasions, since they have sharp noses, they tend to think that that is good looking. But for the Chinese(i am a chinese not from america), a sharp nose is deemed as ugly and big since we have flat noses. The same can be said for many other features.
So there isn't really any common ground that people can agree on. Hence all ethnic groups are healthy and good looking=)

It depends on your personal preferences. I always was drawn to men with dark hair & dark eyes, but now I'm not with someome with that body type & I'm happy.
