No, i do no longer think of that replaced into the case. Parcells merely burned himself out. T.O. did no longer help concerns together with his side practice. That plus the certainty that Jerry Jones does not enable Parcells to take on the somewhat some usually used managers obligations which coated choosing his very own gamers. Jones consistently controlled that area of the corporate. Jones in no longer a soccer guy and that's the reason the Cowboys have not been able to win like previously. it particularly is likewise the reason Jimmy Johnson left after winning 2 SB's. Jones does not shop out of his way. Too undesirable for the Cowboys because of the fact if left alongside Parcells might have taken the Cowboys to a diverse SB.

They have special footballs that are put in place for field goals and PAT's. It's not the same ball that quarterbacks are used to. However, Romo has been the 'holder' all season - and that should not be any excuse.

It's a different ball, used in kicking situations. I'm surprised that Madden & Company didn't mention that Romo almost made the first down on the botched hold!

They did mention that it started to rain a bit in the second half. Could that have had anything to do with it?

But the bottom line is that the ball wasn't handled cleanly. Just a slip that occasionally occurs.

Sorry, I don't have video of it, but watch sportscenter, I'm sure it will be played many times!

It was shiny. Kickers normally use balls that are a little older (I wasn't a sissy kicker, I don't know why!). So the older balls tend to be a little slicker. But each teams uses their own football.
