find a gym with freeweights then do what are called pyramid workouts start out with whatever weight you can bench press comfortably. then do 3 sets of 12, then add 10 pounds and drop you repetions to 2 sets of 10, then add 10 pounds do one set of 8, add 10 pounds, do one set of 6, add 10 pounds do one set of 4, time to stop adding. reverse the proccess until you are at your starting weight and reps. after you do your starting weight and reps use just the bar and do reps until you can no more. 3 times a week with plenty of carbs and you will gain size. don't forget to stretch in between sets and use a spotter you will need one or you cannot do this exercise. this helped me increase my max bench weight over 100 pounds in one year good luck

wide stance push ups
inclined chest press
lateral flies

do more than a regular set....


lateral flies are when you are bent over and you bring the weight from you chest out like a butterfly bringing out its wings

inclined chest press is when you are on an incline and you press to weights one in each hand up like you were doing a dumbbell

Lots of chest excercises. And remember to do decline bench presses. Do the fullest possible range of excercises with heavy dumbells. good luck

Exercise ! Lift weights.....even lifting gallon water bottles with varying amounts of water in them will work. Join your local gym....to use the machines and get advice from trainers.

His %. are not vast. once you flex your biceps while your hands are down, i think of that occurs. i've got completed it earlier, yet overlook how I did it. Wasn't on purpose nonetheless. it is nevertheless particularly gay to me nonetheless..

if you holf your flex for 10 min an hour they grow bigger(the only problem is they become weaker)(but they stay that big until you get them bigger)
