It's a warning to inform you of the risks of sleeping pills.
The federal government requires this warning on the labels.

The same reason why it says HOT 100 times on coffee from McDonalds...because some people truly are that dense and the obvious is too much for their tiny lil speck of a brain.:)

so when you take them and mess something up at work that costs money, you can't sue them cuz your supposed to read the warnings and comply with its directions. or in a driving situation you pass out while driving on a freeway and cause a huge pile up of cars. labels are there because of more than one persons blood.
