i'm trying to raise my heart level by feeding her healthy food, but she won't let me because she's completely full!

Depending on what you feed your person, you really only need to feed her about once every third day. I feed my people every 3rd day and I feed them the following diet (eaten in this order):

Green Salad
Fruit Salad
Cheeseburger

All my people are at 100% health using this diet.

You can also raise your health 1 point per day by grooming. Purchase any item from the toiletries section of the grocery store. Put it in your house, click on it and on the menu that pops up in the lower left hand corner click the groom button. It will pop up a window that notifies you that grooming contributes to good health and raises your health 1 point.

You can only raise your health one point per day via grooming.
