You sound like your not very happy at the moment? maybe your in a bit of a rut? There is a website called beyond blue which deals with depression, perhaps it might be worth a look? Whatever is making you feel sad or worthless remember that everyone has quality's, you might think your not worth much but you are! You will look back one day and think, hey i got past that! Don't give up and don't be sad, do things that make you happy! If you feel there is no one to talk to maybe try writing down your feelings, or making poems or songs about it, turn your negative energy into something creative? Keep your chin up, I'm sure there are people who love you and want to help you.

I my self have been in your position. I understand that evrything is overwhelming and you can not handle the way your life is going. But just remember there's always someone out there that will listen. For example your family or a close friend. There are so many obstacle's in life. Just remember you only have one. If you really focus on what you need in life to make you feel better. Do not hesitate to try it. This could really chance your way of thinking and not feel so depressed. If that is what your feeling. Just keep looking ahead and focus on #1. YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I talk to God and ask Him to help me understand what I'm supposed to learn from my troubles. Everything is a learning experience and if you look at it that way you won't ever repeat the same thing the same way twice. It's hard to find someone to talk to and understand you sometimes because you're in a different frame of mind then they are at the time. Learn to recognize the things in your life that induce negative feelings about yourself and try as best as possible to eliminate or limit them. Jesus has already taken on and carried your burdens dear. All you have to do is accept Him as your Savior by asking forgiveness of your sins. He paid the price for you already, and believe me, He understands what you're going through. Never give up. Let God/Jesus work through you.

I think you will find out that in life we are given what we can handle--how you do it is up to you. It builds character and integrity...just think about what others may have--may be worse than yours. I don't know your age or the details but you don't worry about what you cannot change. You need to prioritize your issues---work one them one at a time--maybe you need to see if the issues need help from a clergyman or school counselor. Maybe some are way out of your range in age. Listen--be cool and be happy despite what you are going through. your worst day is only 24 hours long--tomorrow is another day. You are given tough days so you can recognize the nice easy days. Come on ---smile and relax a little. Write me if you need some more encouragement

I have just sorta 'held on' when life was almost unbearable. I have been though some terribly rough times (life changing injury, sexual assault, parent's divorce, cousin's rape and murder, my divorce, ovarian tumor and my father's death were the worse ones) and sometimes no one knew how much I just wanted to die and not have to deal anymore.
I just kept getting through each miserable day and eventually things did get better. In fact, right now, they are great (two healthy kids, best pay&working hours ever, great husband, good health...ect)
As, I got into my 20's I began to turn to God for help. Not in a churchy way, but just feeling God all around me and in me, trying to help me to be strong and notice the tiny bits of wonderful sprinkled into my horrible day.
Each time you make it though, you'll get stronger. Try to find other people to support you. Its easier that way but, if there is no one, just hold on.

well, if ur really religous, u should pray, because Christain's believe that god is always listening and understands our problems, if not talk to a sibling. Infact, when i talk to my sister, i feel like a big weight is lifted off of my shoulders, because she tells me her problems and i dont feel alone anymore. I understand how u feel. There is always someone out there, mabye a parent if no one else. Just dont keep everything in it does no good and only makes u feel worse.
*You can tell me ur problems, i dont mind, if all else fails :-)

usually when i feel like that i just write it out. and have a good cry. it seems silly when you say it out loud but it really does help. Also, talk to whatever friends you can. They usually do understand you more than you think, and want to help. most people have at least one friend that is there for them no matter what. Try to find out which of your friends is that friend.

you take a long walk, or run, along a beautiful road or trail, and see how beautiful the world is, slow things down, listen to pink floyd or enigma and just absorb whats around you. life is great, life is what you make of it. if things are bad, change it. and when there bad, look at the future and make it great. your NEVER alone. someone is always there, you just have to reach out and ask. trust. remember someone always has it worse, and they still push forward. never give up hope for greatness. i wish the best of luck to you, remember, someones always listening....like me. i was here for you!
