I was just wondering what people thought of ballerinas because I'm one and I know that some people might think that. I just wanted to hear what people had to say. I don't have a problem with them at all, considering that half of my friends are ballerinas just like myself!

no more than goths are stuck up punks who love black. everyone is different, you can't judge a person by something like that. some are arrogant, but so are some actors and singers and doctors and lawyers and politicians. ballet takes a LOT of work and practice, and when someone masters it, they have a right to be proud of themselves.

Not at all. One of my greatest friends of all time has a lot of very advanced ballet training, making her a ballerina, and she isn't stuck up at all, and her faovurite color is red, not pink. Generalizations (in general) can never always be true, especialy when it is a generalization on an art form, in which you are setting up a prejudice for everyone and anyoen who personally expresses themself through such a medium.

Hardly! Ballerinas are strong, dedicated, athletic professionals who work hard, long hours for their art. The choice of colors of their clothing is no more up to them than it is up to an acress what her costume looks like! Get real! Ballerinas don't always wear pink anymore...you haven't been to many professional ballets, have you?

What kind of a question is this. I love pink. whats wrong with that. No i dont think theyre stuck up, why would they be, Ballet is cool but not great.

NO, I was ballerina and never stuck-up (my self-esteem was too low lol) and I hated pink.

if it is one of those ballerinas that walk around like the are hot sh*t cause tey can twirl like a tornado.. then yes. but if it an innocent girl that is doing it becuase its in her heart.. then.. no

No!I was one for eight years!!!And I do not love pink!I like pink but I dont love it!And I like blue and green too!

In all honesty it is upbringing. Take a look at the mom and you probably have the answer.

no! they r nothing like that!!..they are very into thier physical art. they dont all like the color pink.
and some r not stuck up..really..im not a ballarina though..but i no this stuff
but they r happy bubbly competitive girls

definietly not. I'm a ballerina, and my favorite color is black, and I'm also one of the friendlist people you'll ever meet.
