My parents took me in after i broke up with my boyfriend and had no place to go ! I was completely homeless and they gave me a place ! Pretty good huh? I am taking care of my mom who had her knee operated on and wouldn't wanna be anywhere else !

I had a student give me a Christmas card. It sounds silly but she took the time to write a little note and thank me for caring.

My friends threw me a wonderful bridal shower today. I feel so fortunate to have such great friends! They went to so much trouble to get decorations, my favorite flowers and to think up fun shower games. They are so sweet!!!

my boss gave me a hair piece today. not sure why she gave me that but it was nice. also the boss bought us pizza and then took us out for mexican today.

they complimented me on my achievements in 2006..that was better than any gift they could have given me by physical presents/gifts.
