If you have the funds the best form of investment at the moment is in houses, Buying to let is very successful if you find the right property in the correct location. In terms of share the FTSE index is forecast to be very strong this year so could be a worthwhile investment as well. But as with all things nothing is garenteed.

To make money works for us, we must invest it. Each one of us has to decide individually which option(s) is/are best suited to us. I personally believe that one do not, if not must not, invest in things in which one is not familiar with. In other words, do your homework first before you invest in anything. "Look(learn) before you leap!" For me, the share market is best because of my knowledge and experience. Gold is also an option; if you had bought it several years back, you would have at least doubled, if not almost tripled, your money.
