look for a house in crime ridden areas such as camden or trenton (seriously, the house prices are lower)

actually ny area & northern jersey is cheaper then jersey shore, so i would stay away from there, and yeah i agree w/the girl above, the "crime" places (such as, neptune, asbury park, even lakewood) are all cheaper
