First, try to make things work. If it's too late and you're sure it's come to a divorce, you do have rights, but you really need to consult with a lawyer, as I don't think you are from the states and your laws may be different. Good luck to you, I hope you will always be able to be with your sons.

I am goint to assume you are an american citizen. Your kids will ALWAYS be Americans. Depends on what country she is trying to take them to. Dont let her go to saudi arabia or Iran etc. those countries will not help the US in getting your kids back. Your kids would have to have passports to leave the country anyway. Do they? When were they gotten? If it was recently then yes i would worry. But if you seperate get a lawyer that says she cannot take the kids out of this country. Alot of any answer depends on what country you are from and what country she is from and planning to take them to.

If she dont bring them back you can get her for kidnapping most countries work together on this now

hummm if you really think that she will not bring them back then file for a divorce and ask for custody the first person to file is the first one to gain temporary custody... ask a lawyer first and dont tell her you are planning to ask one
