What should I do when the owner of a league in yahoo pool bans be for losing to me?

So I was playing the turney and I get to the finals. The guy at the finals with me was the owner of the league. He lost to me. He said he got yahooed but i didn't see any popup window teling me to wait or anything like it. So he banned me and didn't give me my prize.
