I don't know what state that you live in but, I am from WV and I have been a legal secretary for 7 years, the first thing you need to do is contact the State Bar Association, then you need to find an attorney that has the same plan as you go for some free consultations, without a prenup there will be some things that has to be split as for inheritance you do not have to share that. If you have proof of adultery that will help your case. The business could be sold and split or he could have to pay you monthly alimony you need a good attorney and with the assets you have it does take a little longer for a divorce than some. You need patience and stick to your guns if you hold out you will get a settlement. Good Luck

Depends on the state your in. In most states adultry is a crime. And two your attorneys are trying to get what they can from this divorce. And his attorney is by no means a pro bono I promise. By the time your husband gets any settlement it will all be the attorneys I PROMISE. My advice to you is to get a female lawyer who will rip the balls right off your ex. Or two you could have your attorney offer him a settlement of say 10000 right now to end this right now. Your lawyer could be doing alot if he keeps contesting this to get this over and done with. If you have no pre nup or post nup then you may have to give something up. If you have to give up the house then do so but make sure there are some prolems with it. Like a plumbing problem (hint hint). but given the adultary and the hitting there is no way he should get ****. Your attorneys are robbing you. they drag it out so they can get more.

Your attorney is the best expert but as far as I think once those babies are signed you are free! The last court visit is a formality in most cases!
