My pit....?`?
is heart beat sounds and feels like its skipping beat every four beats hes shaking only when he breathe in and he seems to be really tired and hard of breathing

It's never to late to call you vet, just like your doctor the answering service should direct you where to go or allow you to leave a message for your Vet to call you back.

Is your dog older? Ever dx with a heart condition? Heart disease or even a mur mur?
I would call a vet. This could be serious no matter the age and always better to err on the side of caution.

is this pit on heartworm prevention , it might be heartworms reasearch heartworms on the internet ive only seen this once before after ceaseing my husbands nephews pitbull cause he refused to get it treated for heartworms needless to say after i got the dog and took it straight to the vet they put him on meds and antibiotics but told me he might still dye cause the guy let it go too long the poor dog couldnt even stand he was so weak unfortunently the poor dog still died so please get this dog to a vet get them to do a heartworm test

It could be heart worm. Take him to a vet ASAP!

he may have a heart mermer,or a hole on his heart valvs. or maby breathing problems.
GO TO A VET A.S.A.P!!!!
