i would try to keep it, turn it off if it isn't already and take the battery out and let it air dry. dont take a hair dryer to it thou, they get too hot and mess it up even more. also take the cell back to where you got it if it ends up not working, most people have phone insurance and only have to pay a small deductible instead of buying a whole new phone for 300 or more

Take the battery out of the cell phone and sit in in a warm place (like in front of a heating vent or fireplace) and also sit the ipod there too. Let them dry for about a week and then see if they work. If you got them out right away, and they were in your purse, they should be fine.

Possibly but not definitely.

My phone was in the pool for 10 minutes last summer before anyone saw it. I was dumb and jumped in with it in the back pocket of my shorts. It took several weeks of drying, but then it started working again fine.

My sister-in-law's phone fell in the toilet and killed the screen and the ringer. She could still make and take calls, but she couldn't see who was calling, and couldn't hear it, so she or one of her kids had to just happen to be looking towards the phone and see the light turn on to know someone was calling.

It depends.

somethimes, but once my cell phone accidentally got into the washing machine (lol) and it didnt work so i had to buy a new one. It probably depends on how ling it has been in the water, If its been just a few seconds it might work, but if its been in the washing machine it is probably dead.

depending on how wet they got let them dry out thoroughly, you might get lucky, but most electronic equipment when it gets wet is garbage
