pet vet PC game help?

In the PC game paws and claws pet vet how do you unlock the riding areas???!!!

I have not yet unlocked these areas... but I would guess it is similar to the other areas. You probably have to build the area, buy a horse or have one in the stable, pay for the skill in town, and then see if that unlocks the area. Good luck and I will be watching to see if anyone comes up with the right answer. :)
