Yes! I floss every night before bed. EVERY single night. I went to the dentist a few weeks back, mind you I hadn't been there since 2002. The dentist said I had no cavities and I told her I flossed every night, and she was like, yeah thats why. I know, I'm a nerd but I don't care, I have clean teeth! =)

I do it at least once a day, try to get to it twice.

YES, it matters. Ever notice people with yellow crap, not just on the teeth, but in between their teeth? That comes from years of not flossing. Also if you floss, your breath will smell fresher longer because there's no gunk to hold the smell in your mouth.

Teeth matter, flossing matters...unless you want a yuck-mouth or a Flava Flav mouth!

everyday. yes, it's important to floss. Flossing removes the bacteria that escape the toothbrush by hiding in the tiny spaces in between teeth. If allow plaque to remain in between your teeth it eventually hardens into a substance known as tartar, which brushing can't remove.

Once a day, yes it makes a difference. Toothbrushes just can't get everything. My dentist can always tell when I haven't been flossing.
