I've never seen or heard a film or movie that is rated NC-17.

Basic Instinct was rated R. I think it was going to get a NC-17 rating, but the producers had to edit. To answer your question, I have no idea. I know there are movies that have that rating, but I can't think of one.

It is VERY rare to find such a movie rated that way since in the minds of producers, NC-17 is "movie suicide".
However, DVDs that are released and "unrated" might be the NC-17 versions before the producers tamed it to an "R".

there aren't many movies that are rated NC-17 but the best two that I have seen are The Dreamers and Kids. These are awesome movies.

They're movies of a rare breed. I don't know for sure myself, but I had heard on the radio that Mel Gibson's "Apocolypto" was rated that but even then they didn't sound too sure (chances are that I'm wrong). Sorry
