Well yes, and a few other places as well I would think, but why would you want to start that early? You will always be in a dead end job with no education, the trick is to get some qualifications, finish school and try and get a career in something good, something that will pay good money and set you up for life. Clothing stores would be fine as a casual job whilst your learning something else, but not as a career, when you turn 18 they will probably sack you and then what? Go to college and learn something, even your question has poor spelling and punctuation. It's things like that which determine wether or not you get hired when you apply for a job. Spelling is one of the most important skills you can have, so stay in school and learn.

The minimum age of employment in Canada is generally 14. But, the number of hours that you can work per week is restricted, and this varies from province to province. Also, in some provinces - like QC - youngsters may have to get written permission from parents before they start doing paid work. Use the link below to find out about the labour laws for teens in your home province.

Part time (4 hrs.)= (recommended age is 18) But you can start from the 15-16)
Full time (8 hrs.)= (recommeded age is 20-22+) but i could be starting the 18s. SO YOU CAN WORK FULL TIME W/O AND STILL HAVE FREE TIME.
IF YOU ARE 13 you could find A JOB THAT'S VERY EASY AND OUT OF DANGER, perphaps involving arts.

Ummm, I'm not sure about Canada, but in America you can start at fourteen as long as you have working papers.
