I'll say 8. I think he spends too much on social programs, and tries to get along with a bunch of libs who hate him. When he was governor of Texas, I considered him an 11. He was far less appeasing and far tougher. I still think he will go into the history books as one of the best.

On a domestic level he is a 5 all he needs to do is stop building the New Berlin Wall.

International level. 0 he is breaking international laws and UN charters. He has over 75 charges against him when he comes out of office and report to Hague immediately. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

So overall 2.5 and watch Laura run Bush Jr over with her car.

This isn't a new question, not even a new spin. But other than that, I think Bush is doing the best job he can. He understands, as far as Iraq goes, that we can't pull out, or our soldiers that have already sacrificed their lives will have done that in vain. Also if we are to help Iraq (and don't believe what the media tells you, get involved with a soldier, airmen, marine, or sailor and coorespond with him/her), and we ARE helping, then we need to put more troops in. Majority ideals don't really work in this situation.
I don't agree with the lack of action about immigration, but there isn't a whole lot I can say about that issue.

About a -300, give or take a point or two, but when you're working in numbers below Zero what difference does it make? He's been a total flop, an abysmal failure, probably destined to go down as the worst president in US history. That's something for him to look forward to in the future.

3, Spending is out of control, he favors amnesty for illegals, the war has been mishandled. If he wasn't spending so much and letting illegals walk in and giving them Social Security after 18 months of work, when American Citizens have to work for 10 years.

We have not been attacked since 9/11 so that has been successful. But I am much more concerned with the Spending like Democrats.

On a scale of 1- 10 he rates a negative 2
He lied to take us into a war where soldiers died as a result of his actions. By definition that is treason! Not only an impeachable offense, it is a hanging offense!
BTW
Non alcholic
I think you need to read the disclaimers at your weblink,
seems your hero had the numbers played with the same as he did unemployment numbers!

Let's see, he had at least an 8 before the election, just for dealing with 9-11, Iraq and Katrina.

Now that Pelosi is in the game, he gets a 10 from me.

I think he rates a 6 and is doing a good job, but there is also room for improvement.
