How to convert and re-embed multiple url addresses from simple text document into new doc or into favorites?

Many of my favorite websites are listed as text-based url addresses in a primitive text program. I'd like to corral all of them and place into a separate document where they would be "clickable" as hyperlinks to their website. OR to somehow transfer these addresses to my Favorites Folder. Either way would be great. Thx!

Read the text file into a word processor like MS Word that recognizes them as hyperlinks.
