I think it's called Harold and Kumar go to Amsterdam and it might be release in 2007.
plot: " Follows the cross-country adventure of the pot-smoking duo as they try to outrun the authorities after being suspected as terrorists when they try to sneak a bong on board a flight to Amsterdam"

Yeah, its in production or possibly finished, its called Harold And Kumar Go To Amsterdam ( hence the ending) i belive Harold goes after maria.. .but im not sure maybe she isnt in the movie, check up on it.

I'm sure there will be a part 2 - they left it open at the end of the first movie. I think they're going to Holland to find Maria...
