I don't like to wear underwear and directly put pants (or) shorts and does women like this ??? Also does it affects my penis health if I don't wear underwear and directly use pants (or) shorts ??? Will this behavior affect My dating (or) married life ??? Appreciating your suggestions.

Evidence suggests that men that do not wear underpants on a regular basis suffer from a condition known as "psycrotesticies". Basically this condition means that the testicles and in extreme cases, the penis become droopy and can start to move towards the anus. Once the damage is done, it will take several surgeries to correct the problem. In short, it is my medical opinion that under garments of some sort are very important, even boxers are better than nothing. If your penis or testicles have began to slide towards your anus, you should make an appointment to see your doctor.

Wear underwear. It's pretty gross when a guy is wearing shorts with no underwear and sits a certain way and it all hangs out. Besides that, they make some pretty sexy undies for guys these days!!

i never wear underwear. my wife likes to know that i'm all me under my shorts or pants. my shorts always go to my knees so there's no possibility of exposing my buddy.

It's ok, just don't let your balls hang out when you wear shorts. As for your penis health, your penis will remain in tip top shape as long as you don't get it caught in a zipper!

Underwear is a personal issue. If you like them, wear them, if you don't like them, don't wear anything. It's your decision so go for what you want....

Its better hygiene if you wear underwear personally i think its gross when guys don't but that is just me!
