They're all great ... the guy just doesn't write or record bad music. My all time favorite is 'In Your Eyes' ... but there's Big Time, Sledge Hammer, Steam, Mercy Street, Shock The Monkey (my daughter knew the lyrics for this when she was 3), Beko, on and on ... then there's the stuff from his Genesis days! Where do you start, or stop for that matter?

"In Your Eyes" is absolutely my favorite Peter Gabriel song. I love dancing to that song.
