My favorite state is TEXAS because it is home to me lived there 26yrs and miss it so very much. Miss the food, the weather, the people, the entertainment, the night life, and mostly my friends

there's just something about Texas...I can't even explain it.
I'm not crazy about the people, its hot as Hades, the crime is thru the roof...but the food is SO good! They have all sorts of clubs, whatever you desire, plays, jazz, opera or just down home rodeo. Texas has it all, a little something for everyone, from the reddest redneck to the blackest black panther and everything in between....Texas sorta rocks (I don't live there right now, but I have in the past and I may again in the future)

Washington D.C. because it looks and feels like a European City, you can walk around and use the metro to reach almost every place, you can see the seasons changing through the leaves of every single tree and there is always some cultural activity going on, plus there are a lot of places to visit, party at and learn from.

Oregon. I'm from Australia and did a six month exchange there. I just loved the scenery, the trees and the snow. I went to about 20 states in total, honourable mentions to Colorado and Washington.

Well my favorite state is South Carolina. I love the weather and the beach. I love Myrtle Beach. I love the races at Darlington. I love the people there. And I live in Minnesota. But I hope to move to South Carolina in the next year or so......

I love Arizona. It's lots of outdoor fun, techy in industry, I made some beautiful memories there, love the rivers and lakes, and the state has published me the most.

I have been to 40 of our states... and I can tell you one certainty from my experience... they all have their own charm, good & bad...
I think the friendliest people I have ever encountered are in Ohio... The best food I have ever had was in Maryland.. The prettiest state is Nevada.. ( I'm in love with Lake Tahoe in the wintertime )
I think my least favorite state has been New Jersey... there is nothing I really like about that state...
