No colleges have JROTC -- high schools do.

Nearly every university has a ROTC program though.

All good colleges have good Pre-Med programs. Classics is something different. Good places to look for Classics are:

1. Any university in the top 50 -- other than schools of technology

2. Any great liberal arts college (top 10-15)

3. Any large state university that is the best public university in the state (Michigan, Virginia, Berkeley, etc). Avoid state universities that are not the best in the state).

4. The better Catholic Universities (Notre Dame, Georgetown, Boston College, Villanov, Holy Cross).

Finally -- here is an interesting choice for you -- St John's (not the one in NYC -- which you should avoid, but the one in Annapolis MD). It is the school that does the Great Books. But they may not have ROTC.

there is a lot of good universities in the US.
