i'm not geting any sound in my computer. i don't know how to check it, please help.

check in the taskbar for the sound icon mine looks like a round speaker click on it when it opens raise the slider up some if the mute box is checked uncheck it then check to see if the knobs on your speakers are turned up also look for volumn button on your keyboard you can turn the sound up this way too if your keyboard has sound buttons not all keyboards do but if it does press the + button a few times i hope atleast one of these suggestions help good luck

First make sure that your sound card is correctly installed. Sometimes... cards needs to be giggled in their slot a few times before hitting the right spot.

Second... make sure you have installed all the software for your sound card. Every sound card need to be installed with it own software as Windows do not support them.

Third... make sure that you have plugged your speakers correctly.

check if you have the volume icon on the taskbar. if not, you probably don't have a sound driver installed. In that case, find out what kind of sound card/onboard sound you are using and visit the manufacturers driver page and install it. you should have sound then.

probably a problem with your sound card, replace that and you should be fine
