Soak a cotton ball and hold it on the piercing for 5 minutes, then GENTLY wipe the moist crusties away with a soft, damp cloth, Be very careful, and you should be fine.

I got one two years ago; just use the sea salt they should've gave you twice a day, whe you take a shower make sure the water washes the piercing and your navel too. That should keep the crusty junk away.

You need to go to like a natural food store and get Sea salt. Take a sot glass with warm water and sea salt and hold it to your belly button, it will cure that reall quick!

Leave the crust. This is how your body heals the injury. Eventually it will heal and fall off. If it is really oozy and gross. I would recommend rubbing alcohol followed by neosporine cream. Or if you are into essential, then use lavendar oil on it.
