The same as the first answer but besides that everyone over there are always in danger of being hurt or killed and its very hard to relax under that kind of pressure

After weeks of being in a foreign country and having to try to talk slow in english to be understood.....or find the correct words they may understand you get in the habit of that....
When I return after weeks or couple months from being overseas...there they may speak english well but they have to translate it when you talk.so you have to talk slower than normal, so when I get back I find myself searching for easy words or talk slower as if am still over there.....lol...NOT saying they are dense its just easier to communicate with them
