The simple answer is that unless you're particularly gifted, you cannot learn math easily.
You learn math by lots of practice, just like learning to play a musical instrument.The best way to learn is to ask lots of questions and do lots of problems. When you get a problem wrong, keep working it until you finally get it right. In that process you will most importantly learn -why- you got the problem wrong the first time, and arrive at a deeper understanding of the topic.
Don't give up.. you'll get it eventually if you stick with it.

I would recommand four steps to learn mathematics easily.
1. learn the basics properly.If required,take the help of an experienced teacher.
2.Try to solve as many problems yourself.If you find a few problems too hard,ask your teacher to give you the hint/s to get them solved.
3.I would not ask you to do mathematics day and night.There are sevel more equally important subjects for studies.Whenever you get some time ,glance through your math. books>Try to recollect mentally how to solve them .If you cannot recollect the process,just open the exercise book in which you have done it earlier and go through it.
4.Donot be afraid of Mathematics.Take it easy.In fact, it is one of the easiest if not the easiest subject.

maths is the most scoring subject so first of all you have to take interest is in. don't "learn by heart" but try to remember all the formula's by practising each formula sums at least 10-15 time in a rough paper.practise & interest make maths very easily.
