Plug the cable into it and to a USB port on the computer.

Right click on the START button and select EXPLORE.

Locate the Sansa on the left side of the screen and highlight it.

Delete the unwanted songs from the right side of the screen.

By the way, to add songs to the Sansa, just stay on that screen and click your music directory on the left. Drag the music from the right screen to the Sansa on the left screen.

I have my Sansa playing in my ears right now.

Plug it in and go to My Computer. Then click your Sansa Device. Now open the Music folder and manually delete them by right clicking and selecting Delete.

Ok, here's how you do it. On your sansa, go to Settings, then USB Mode at the bottom, and make sure it is on MTP. Then connect it to your computer and go to My Computer. Click Sansa e250, then PPI NAND, MUSIC, and finally delete the albums that came with the player. Hope that helped! -Eric
