Are all black people like this?

Ok first do not give this question thumbs down because i just want to know.
I live in Atlanta, Georgia and they call me racial slurs like chinc and they pick on me because im asain. The whites here are not like that.
Tell me do u have a black friend and are they yelling racial slurs and calling people racial names and cussing people out and starting stuff.
Are they like this the place you live?
Please i want to know please answer.
Im moving to new england in 1 week

I live in a smaller city and for the most part the blacks don't say things to random people. I'm sure there are some that do, just like any other race. It's not because they are black, it's the individuals themselves.

Yeah, only the black people are racist against Asians. Dude wake up, racism is everywhere in every country in all people, not just black people. I don't care if you move to an Asian dominated country, there's still gonna be racism or some other social level of intolerance. As a black person I'm disappointed that people try and judge all of us by what a few do. I've meet @ssholes of every race and culture but I have enough common sense not to judge an entire group of people based on what some do. If I judged entire groups of people by how a few treated me then I wouldn't like Hispanics, Caucasians, Asians, Native Americans, or Africans.

I pray that this doesn't turn into a racial debate!!! You have a lot of balls asking this question hun!! As an African American Asian mixed (i prefer black) woman, I can tell you that what you are experiencing is not necessarily a "black" thing!!! Don't be among the very many ignorant folk that believe the media!!! All black people are not poor, uneducated,moochers that are mean, angry, disrespectful etc.... what you are experiencing is isolated. All black people would not treat you that way. You may find out that there are other races that will tease you as well. As immature as it is..the fact remains that PEOPLE can be cruel. Don't let this incident mold your opinion about blacks. There is enough racism still alive and well in the country and it is ridiculous! I love all people...some of my best friends are white people as well as Asian (I am Japanese and black) that sincerely love me for me!! we have the best times together and I appreciate it!!!!

Calling people names is not the exclusive trait of Blacks. However, they, themselves have often been targets of prejudice and hate. It's unfortunate that you have been called names, but try not to judge all Black people by a few. Throughout our lives, we encounter prejudice, no matter what our race. It happens to all of us at one time or another. To answer your question, no, not all Black people are like that. I have some very dear friends who are Black. If you are moving to New England, you will find that it's a pretty straight-laced environment, where people may not be too friendly at first, but it's doubtful that you will be called names. If you are nice and friendly, the people there should respond favorably. I wish you luck in your new neighborhood.

no, not all blacks are like that. there are some decent black people here. but from what i've learned is that it's mostly the older blacks that are nice. its funny though that the younger generation of blacks are the ones that are the quickest to yell "Racisim" when something does not go how they want it to, and they also are the quickest to criticize others like asians for example. "oh poor me, my ancestors were slaves" so what! forget it already, that was over 300 years ago people. and besides if you ask me...they had it a hell of a lot better than the Jews, and the Native Americans ever did. I like black people. but there are some, that get under my skin because they walk around acting like the world owes them something. it doesn't have a thing to do with the color of their skin, its their attitudes. I hope no one takes offense to this, i'm just putting in my two cents here. and I hope what happened with you doesn't affect your outlook on the african american population, because there really are some great ones out there.

There are racist people in all races. Depending where you live will depend on a certain race being more racist. I live near Charlotte, NC and I normally hear only white people making racisit comments.
It's sad that you've only got to experince the racist side of the black race but there are a lot of wonderful black people out there. Don't let your mind become as dim and racist as the people who call you names. For then you will be no matter then them.

let me see how to say this, i am not with blacks often, and there are people from everywhere of every race and nationality who say nothing about anyone, well, let me try to say this, the italians complain an awful lot, about blacks, and orientals, the spanish, mexicans complain alot about blacks and orientals, and whites, the whites complain about negroes, and some of them about italians and germans, and british, and jamicans, and the orientals, i hardly ever hear them complain about anyone but i guess they do, if i had my way i would not live in nyc the bronx, woodlawn section, and i would not live with white people, i would not try to stop being white, but i would like to move away from "my kind," they complain too much, and about whites too, germans and british and french, to you i say good luck and if you Love God, give HIm the glory, this a world filled with people who do not know, i try to respect all people and impart what God has for everyone, hope you find a better life in new england, my understanding of the history of this country, when the chinese came here in the ninteenth century anyway, the democrats used to tear into them, with the building of the railroads many of them later moved to mexico and their great grand children are there today, anyway, have a good life, as you know there are many orientals in the west california,and arizona and mexico okay good luck and God BLess, i will not say what nationality of white people are somebody i would not want to live around, but they are not British, so you figure it,

You cant sterotype a group of people based on what One, two, or even 100 of them do. Cuz just one black person that treats you right can chnage that, i dont so no i can say were not all like that....Find some new friends, and if there white so be it.....Find someone who doesnt care

I live in the New England area and black people (or anyone for that matter) don't have any issues with Asians. At least where I'm from. Hope all goes well for you here. :-D

News flash ..
Black people are diffrent around the world. Unfortunatly you happen to run into the ignorant ones in your area.My advice for you is to ignore them, they are not worth your time, it part of life, remenber what doesn't kill you make you stronger. i know it easy to group of people because of bad experince; I would encourage you to have a open mind that way you would meet other black people with better personality from the ones that hurt your feelings.
