Ok you know how schools give students their own id and password to sign in to a computer. Can I do that to my house computer if so HOW ? I'm tried of my brother gettin into my files and my moom always rebooting the computer. My Grandma bought me this computer for me and my school work but my mom and brother are using it for stupid stuff. My mom uses it to look at porn (WTF she'll pay with her LIFE) and my brother just adds random programs slowing the computer down which makes my mom reboot. So if their is a way to make the computer have only one account for me to use only and no other way for it to be rebooted ?

Depends on your Operating system but look in your control panel for Accounts or Administrator tools. In Admin Tools is Local Security Policy. You want to set an administrator password so no one else can use the computer. Unfortunately, anyone can still reboot it using the reset button.
