Prescription medications are tightly controlled. Heparin is too dangerous to be used without caution & to the general public.

Is it too costly or something? Why the question?

Considering what heparin does to you, why would one take it without a prescription? I take it you perhaps don't have health insurance or a primary care Dr.. but still this isn't something you should be taking unless you are prescribed it!

Many clinics will take patients for little or no charge and provide necessary medicines.. Do a search for your local area and see if there are any clinics you could be helped by.

Please do not take this medication unless medically necessary!

I won't advocate buying prescription drugs without a prescription. I also will advise you to find the right category to ask questions about drugs. This is the alternative medicine category. We talk about the mind-body-spirit connection. Natural remedies like herbs and homeopathy.
