Without a second thought, my wife and kids. I would hope that if I were put into a situation where an instantanious decision would have to be made that I would take the fall for another person; especially if they hadn't had the opportunity to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior yet. I know that I have been forgiven. I'm not worried about dying too much.
Jesus says in the gospel of John, "no greater love has a man than this, to give up his life for his brother."

Hi buzzlight!!!
Very interesting question!!! Yes, I would die, to ;live; to live in the company of GOD, and to have the opportunity to experience all the wonders, colors, peace, truth and love as GOD promised.
I also will die, to save the life of my children in a heart bit. I will not hesitate, just to give them the chance to life a healthier and longer life. Plus I can't imagine how could I continue living without them!!!
I would also die for my ONLY sister, if is to save her from an illness or for any reason!!!
GOD BLESS YOU, GOOD LUCK & HAPPY LIFE

Its amazing how people respond when put under pressure.People who think they are the centre of the universe suddenly become heroes in a split second decision to help someone else.Would I?I would hope so .Just as everyone else on here would. But until you are faced with that sort of a situation you wont know.

I don't think there is anything that is more precious in sane individuals than than their own life. The instinct for survival is very strong. However, what makes us an hero is really a "snap" decision and the greater our love or concern for another is the more quickly we all respond with a snap decision to put ourselves in danger. I love my lover with all my heart and would not hesitate in the least to be a hero.

Greater love hath no man than to lay down his life for his friends.
Seeing someone in trouble I could not walk by without helping.
After the event you may think about the situation you became involved in but the initial moment you just become involved.
At times such as this one does not think of their own safety.
Take care!

I would be one sad person if my own life meant more to me than anything else. I would die for my family, and my friends, and the people closest to me; but most importantly I would die for God becuase he is the only reason why I live. He created me and gave me life so that I would live for Him. If anything, I would die for Him.

I would die for the preservation of anything the removal of which would make life intolerable.

i would die for something i really beileved in or if i was forced to act different from who i am. if everyone had to follow a certain way of living and acting i'd probably kill myself or die going against it.
i'd probably also die for a younger familiy member, just because they have so much to live for.
