No she should not. She is a Mother now and should respect her children and be a good role model to them and to her Husband.

Madonna is still a fine looking lady considering she's nearly 50 but I think her Playboy days are behind her. No one needs to see that.

It would help her career. All women who do Playboy say that their careers really get better after Playboy. But I am not sure why.
But then what help does Madonna need? Brittany Spears does it better; on magazine covers. Even Lindsey Loahan figured out that exposure helps. I see many photos of her in dresses where she forgets to wear bras and underware and the clothing is loose enough for "Kodak moments" that are on the internet.

I will never figure out why anyone, man or women, who think money or fame is so important (and Madonna needs either) that they will sell their soul for a bunch of pathetic guys to get excited over another nude body. Why not be a classy babe instead of a hot babe?

Absolutely not.....Playboy would lose a lot of devoted readers because madonna is old and not very attractive. She use to be attractive but I think the time has passed.

But then again she already appeared in Playboy in 1985 (although they published them without her permission - the pix were taken during a nude modelling photoshoot before she got famous in order to make some money)

It really doesn't matter if she does, 'cos the photos will all be airbrushed and altered like all of them are - so you won't be seeing the real 'Madonna' anyway.

Yes I think she should because people would be so intrigued to know how she look now as oppose to yesterday. Curiosity alone would make millions of people buy her issue.
