I'm buying...A Roman Military outfit...and the armor is made of leather and a lot of money. I can't wait to wear it! So yeah, thats why I'm spending 400 dollars on it. Though, I'd like to point out, that I wear very, very plain clothes. Very cheap clothes. I like to own one or two nice things, and everything else very cheap. So its ok that I'm doing this, I buy 2 dollars shirts, 1 dollar on sale!

your chest is measured where your ribs are, on women, best decribed as over the breast area. you dont need to exhale, just stand normal and breathe normal, its a general size of your chest at a relaxed state. anyway, why are you spending $400 on a piece of clothing. thats mad mate... im a chick and i dont even spend that much

The first two people had it right; across your nipples and while you are inhaling. You don't want to exhale & have a smaller chest, only to find the armor is too tight & not fitting. Better a tad loose than a tight fit.

Across the nipples, between an inhale and an exhale.

Measure your neck and double it.......(ask any clothing store that measures to confirm)

the human body is asymmetrical......so if you use weights to build your left arm biceps...the right side will match it in size not the full strength

Not sure exactly sure where but it's definately measured when you inhale otherwise you'd have trouble breathing when you wear it.

around your chest over the nipples

You measure at your nipple line. There's not much difference while breathing, so don't take it into consideration.
