Well it can be hard for her if shes used to spending alot of time with you and now she sees you with alot of other people..maybe shes afraid of losing you..she definitely shouldnt have handled her feelings by yelling at you but maybe shes just afraid of losing her best friend...but shes gotta understand that people change and you're going to have other friends...maybe you two are growing apart or maybe she's still totally your best friend and you just wanted to widen out a little...you should probably sit down and talk with her about it...if you still wanna be totally best friends with her you should tell her that no matter how many other people you hang out with she's still your best friend that you can count on and you have her back and that will never change...

Tell her that you're uncomfortable hanging out with only one person.Explain that you two are best friends, and nothing will change that, but you don't approve of her attitude when you try to be social.
My best friend started hanging out with other girls, and they became part of our best friends group. We're an unstoppable clique now...ah...the memories.
Anyway, maybe your friend can come with you when you hang out with others. They can become friends, and she won't be as angry when you go and hang out with them.
She's just close to you and doesn't want you to hang out with the wrong crowd or get other best friends. It's quite normal. If she meets the people, it'll get better.
Good luck.

No, at least, I don't think she is trying to be. I entered highschool and my friend is hanging out with other people and not spending as much time with me. I just want her to remember that I have been her friend for like 6 years and not forget I was there for her and her friend when not many other people were. I think your friend just doesn't want you to forget her.

Tell your friend there are other people in the world besides her. You can hang with her too sometimes.

well if you wanna hang out with other people then you should. and if she were a real friend she wouldn't be like thta to u! maybe she's just too selfish and maybe she is to self-centered and to much of a drama queen! or she just totally misses u!

She just feels rejected because she is use to having all of you attention. It is healthy to have a wide network of friends. Explain this too her. Also let her know you still love her just the same.

No, I think she just feels left out. Granted, she's acting poorly, but you should have some more consideration for her feelings. Talk out your problems, go the mall, shop. Shopping is the remedy for anything.
