Changing hubs and rotors is the best and safest way. The adapters such as they sell at some catalog stores (J C..you know who) are a quick way, but are not safe and cause premature wear and poor steering geometry...a quick fix that cost little now will cost you a whole lot more later to repair. Do it the right and safe way.

Abel - I wouldn't do it if I were you. To the common person they're from the same manufacturer and if they're of the same dimensions then they fit. But to me - a manufacturing insider, you're asking for trouble. The two vehicles are homologated as individual products meaning that the manufacturer has clearly indicated to the authorities that they are not in any way to be considered the same vehicle. The wheels that go onto a vehicle are specifically selected during the R&D of the product. Manufacturers don't buy off the rack so to speak. The vehicle will most likely experience an unusual phenomenon related to tire and wheel performance if you interchange wheels - brake failure in particular. Besides if you change the wheels your insurance is over. But if your argument was just to see whether or not the wheel fits then that's a different story. P.S. In Japan the Acura is simply a Honda Accord, Integra...

Adapters are crud and space the wheel to the outside. Other than changing all the brake rotors and wheel bearings and axles there is no cheep way. If you owned a machine shop you would re drill the axles brake drums and rotors install five studs in each impossable to do with out precision equiptment.
