solution, clean as much as you can and jump into the shower to wash your dirty butt :)
oh..if thsi happen in public bath, ask you fellow bathroom users for a roll, if no one there, you screwed :)

Never happens. I'm always well-stocked with as*wipe and keep it in the cabinet above the pot.
