They will take all of it and if it's more than you owe, then your account will show a credit for the difference.

They will take as much as you owe. I had George Bush's $300 tax check yanked to pay a student loan. Its pretty brutal out there.

Child support and student loans are about the worst two things to get behind on...

Yes, if you owe more than your tax refund check they will take the full refund amount and use it to pay part of your arrears. If your arrears are less than the refund, they will intercept the whole thing and the jurisdiction that is enforcing the support order will pay you the difference. (I think they have 10 days from the date of the intercept notice to make the payment.)

Your income tax return will be taken and applied toward your debt.

they will keep every dime of it..here is an idea, don't get behind in payments anymore.. not trying to be smart aleck but they will keep it EVERY year until it's paid up.. Unfortunately getting a big whack of money at one time doesn't take care of your child's needs last year or the month before, etc..

They'll take it all. They'll take any reportable lotto winnings too. You need to work out a repayment plan with the court.

They'll probably take all of it if you owe back childsupport.

they take it all, state and federal refunds...if a tax refund intercept is in place. the honor system doesnt work, and the states are tired of paying for peoples children, so they made this law.
